Many of our suites are shown in our floor plans as 3 person occupancy but they can also be configurated as 2 person. We show the maximum occupancy to help you visualise the true size.

 We calculate the cost of our monthly licence fee based upon a fee per work station. There are many factors which determine exactly what the fee would be,
among them;

• Number of workstations per office.
• Duration of occupancy
• Supply & Demand

We have office suites from £300 per month fully inclusive.

Affinity Point offers a level of service and finish that you would expect from the leading serviced office providers but at a fraction of the cost.
